We want you to love your Knotless massager. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To start a return, email support@knotless.net with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@knotless.net and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
